Elevated Coffee & Confections

Elevated Coffee & Confections in Lemon Grove, California, focuses on quality, complexity, and balance in their coffee, partnering with The Kings Craft, a coffee roaster that creates coffee blends tailored to their passions.

The coffee shop serves uplifting vegan desserts made with seasonal, fresh, and local ingredients, with baked goods handmade daily in small batches using natural sweeteners sparingly, making eating vegan and gluten-free both fun and delicious.

The story of Elevated Coffee & Confections begins with owner and founder Tanya, who started her journey of vegan baking when her sister developed a dairy allergy, creating a dairy-free cheesecake that her sister loved, sparking the concept of Elevated, with a mission to redefine dessert as something created with good intentions and high-quality whole ingredients.

The shop's goal is to deliver the finest coffee and baked goods made with quality elements, taking pride in their products and the community of Lemon Grove, believing in giving back and being involved, inviting people to come and experience the Elevated experience, which is all about elevating and uplifting their day.
