Island Tat Evolve

IslandTAT is a Polynesian tattoo studio located in Lemon Grove, California, in the San Diego area. The studio is founded by Joshawa Elsas and offers custom freehand Polynesian tattooing by appointment. Every tattoo is composed freehand on the client's body, taking into account their story and body structure.

The studio's approach is distinct in that it prioritizes the client's story and uses a freehand method to create unique compositions. The IslandTAT Method involves a consultation where the artist learns the client's story, then draws the design directly on their body. This approach ensures that each piece is tailored to the individual and their body structure.

IslandTAT offers a range of services, including tattooing, design, and education. The studio provides guidance on Polynesian tattoo meanings, symbols, and motifs, as well as responsible use and cultural integrity. The studio also offers remote tattoo design services for clients who cannot travel to San Diego.

The studio is committed to maintaining quality, focus, and cultural integrity in its work. IslandTAT serves clients locally in San Diego and globally through custom Polynesian design. The studio's original artwork, written material, and educational content are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

IslandTAT is located at 7912 Lester Ave, Lemon Grove, CA 91945, and can be contacted through their website or by phone at 866-279-0699.
